- Backoffice user data — name, email address and credentials for staff authorised to manage content.
Purpose and legal basis
- Delivery of the information service and site security: legitimate interest of the controller.
- Replying to requests sent by email: performance of the relationship initiated by the data subject.
- Sending the newsletter: explicit consent, revocable at any time.
Retention
Technical logs are retained for as long as necessary for security purposes. Contact data are retained until the correspondence concludes or, for the newsletter, until consent is withdrawn.
Disclosure and transfers
Data are not disseminated or sold to third parties for commercial purposes. They may be processed by technical suppliers (hosting, email) appointed as data processors.
Rights of the data subject

Third-party services
The interactive maps use map tiles provided by external services. Loading a map involves a request to the provider’s servers, which may record the IP address under their own privacy notice.
