The place
Trail starting from the Brecciaro Quarry and running along the northern side of the promontory, in the Quarto Freddo, staying in the woods. It connects with the Peretto picnic area, a possible intermediate starting point, and joins trail 751 towards Torre Paola.
It is a very cool trail, especially recommended in summer. From the square of the former quarry, watch the signs and keep to the right to find the start of the path along the fence. The route is very easy and only the first stretch is steeper. A distinctive feature is the historic flight of steps climbing to the Peretto, covered in moss and wrapped in vegetation. After the Peretto, the trail descends gently through holm oak woods and old cork oaks.
